Outlook XP to high speed connection

I am trying to re-learn to use my Outlook XP, but it doesn't give me an
option of selecting my connection as high-speed cable. How do I do this since
I don't have dial-up (the only option listed)?

Where are you seeing 'Dial up'?
Probably its LAN/network you need to select.
