Let's say user "A" sends an email w/o attachments to user "B". Then user "B"
adds a comment and FORWARDS to user "C". When user "C" receives it, it now
has an attachment with a envelope icon. Yet when you open the attachment,
it's blank. Plus user "B"'s comments are missing. It shows just the text from
user "A". Only one user has this problem, the rest are fine. Any ideas to
check out????
