outlook XP w/ echange 2000 hangs up

Hi,

I have a windowsXP PC w/ office XP both with there SP1 and SP2 even SP3 for
OfficeXP,
when I setup the new (outlookXP) profile for a user on the domain,
everything goes well but when I close outlook
then run it again, it stand for a while then a message box say echange
server unavailable <retry> <....> <cancel>.
If I send email before closing it it is ok, if I delete the profile then
setup a new one (same user)
it has the old message in it but don't open the second time I run outlook.
