Outlook XP will not delete client only rules

I have a user who has 75 or do rules which are on the
client and when we try to delete them, it looks like they
are deleted, but once you close outlook and reopen it,
all the rules come back. Does anyone know of a way to
delete all the rules at once and where the rules are kept
so I can delete them outside Outlook?

Try creating a new profile for the user,
I think rules are associated with the profile.
