Here's what's happening to one user, not others. If "A" sends an email to
"B". Then "B" forwards that email with additional comments to "C". The user
"C"'s email,instead of seeing the added comments with original text, he gets
it as an attachment. Yet when they open the attachment, it's blank. Go figure
