A user is getting the "operation has failed" message whenever they go to
print a message from their inbox (or any other normal mail folder). Printing
from the calendar, tasks, etc is ok.
This is on an exchange system. The problem only effects the one user. The
error message is displayed before the printer dialogue box appears (where you
choose which printer to print to). It doesn't make any difference if a
different default pritner is chosen.
