Outlook XP won't start

I using WinXP & Office XP. I have the machine setup for 3
users. Outlook works just fine on 2 of the 3 users. When I
try to launch Outlook from IE6 browser it doesn't start.
The hour glass comes up for a few seconds, but the program
will not start.

The same thing happens when I try to start Outlook via
Start/Programs/Outlook menu.

I'm not having any problems with Outlook with the other 2
users?

Any explanation?
