Outlook XP

I have an employee who gets many email messages with files attatched. Her
problem is, sometimes, she does not have the attachment available to open
(normally, you have the attachment in the from-subject part when viewing top
/ bottom layout). She can see that a file is attached, but there is no way
to access it using Outlook 2002. This happens when she gets mail from any
other users and it does not happen all the time, only about 10-20 % with
increasing frequency over time regardless of who sends it or which client
they used to send. She is able to access the file normally through Outlook
Web Access, and others who ar also CCed in email have no issues opening
attachments from same emails. We blew away email profile and recreated it,
reinstalled Outlook, made sure all updates are current, all to no avail. If
someone else logs onto her box, Outlook works normal.

We run XP Pro SP1 as OS with entire Office XP suite. Have tried two models
of laptops and issue occurs for her on both.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour and is there a fix?
