Outlook XP

I am having great problems with my Outlook XP. Nearly
everytime I open the application and access the calendar
feature, it locks the application and requires a reboot.
From time to time the same thing will happen when doing
simple email funtions.

I am running WindowsXP Pro SP1 with SP2 recently added to
my Microsoft Office Suite.

Has anyone encountered the same or better yet know how to
resolve this issue?!
