When I print out the Contact in my address book, some contacts are not
printed. I am printing the entire database and have not selected groups. Why
is this happening and how can I assure that all contacts are included in the
print-out?

Your question is more specific to the native Outlook forum. You may wish to
redirect your question there in order to receive more attention and a better
response. This area of the newsgroup is specific to the BCM add-in for
Outlook. It is not clear from your post if you are using BCM or not.
