Not sure of your situation there.
Are the 2 computers on the same network. If they are and
you are using personal folders, close outlook, copy the
personal folder to the new system and add it back in.
You can also export the calendar and contacts data into a
delimited file and copy the file over to the new computer
and import it back in.
If you are on Exchange then the Calendar and Contacts
shoul dbe in your mailbox, you should only have to create
a profile and point it to your mailbox.
