When my computer goes to screen saver and by my name it shows I have 1 unread
message but when I look in my email there isn't any unread messages. What is
the problem?

Try clicking on a different e-mail message so your message gets registered as
"read". You can also configure your outlook to mark a message as read
immediately upon viewing it or a couple of seconds after. However if you
don't do this, and you read an e-mail and leave it open, it will remain
"unread" until you move off of it.

The problem is that WIndows doesn't do a very good job of tallying the
unread mail. The Welcome screen mesage count is usually wring and everyone
I know simply disables the display.
