How I transfer my saved folders and e-mail contacts folders from "windows
mail" to Outlook 2003? I have windows vista and just started with "windows

To transfer contacts, in Outlook click File>Import and Export>Import
Internet Mail and Addresses. Select Outlook Express. Uncheck Import Mail
and Import Rules. Click Next. Select the duplicate handling and click
Finish.

To transfer mail, in WIndows Mail click File>Export>Messages.
