I went to vacation and when i opened my Outlook, i received a message asking
me "if i want to view old messaged" them i click "NO"
Now, my emails from August 01, 2008 up to August 30, 2008 is not in my
outlook.

How can i access and have them again?

I think the point of the message is "view"; try View | Arrange by |
Current View, and see what is selected (Last 7 days?).

If this does not resolve the problem, post more details, e.g. your
account type.

I tried that. And it did not work.
I am using a POP3 account.
I have my mails from August 11, then after i come back from vacation, the
next emails in my account is August 31, 2008.

i tried to view the last 7 days, it only shows me emails for August 31.
i tried advanced search and it does not show me the emails from august 12 to
august 30.

I have to say I have NEVER seen Outlook using a POP account give such a
message. (And that's using Outlook from 97 through to 2007). Are you sure
that this was not a function of your ISP or an add-in that you have
installed?
