If you have a Microsoft Exchange email account (an email server normally
found in a business environment), then yes there is a web-based version of
Outlook called Outlook Web Access or OWA. If this is the type of mail account
you have, talk to your Exchange or Systems Administrator at work to find out
if they allow it.

If you don't have that type of account, your ISP should have a webmail
feature that you can use to check your email from any computer with internet
access.

If you are a home user and you mean you want to access the mail on your PC
from the web, then you'll have to configure your firewall to allow inbound
access and utilize a program like Remote Desktop COnnection, pcAnywhere or
VNC.

Then, if your organisation uses Exchange Server, you need to ask your IT
dept to either set you up with either a roaming profile, with which you can
log-on on any computer that is connected to the network, or to give you a
laptop you can take around with you....
