1. Windows XP Professional- I can not enter any words/numbers into the
message body when I open the e-mail format. I can enter the subj: line O.K.
but gives only a blinking cursor in the body.

2. How can copy my address book in Win 2000 professional, move to Windows
XP and import into an active available file for use with Outlook?

Change the e-mail format to Plain text and see if that corrects the text
problem. if you have HTML format check Font color.

Got corrected on 1st answer. Any help on second? I have copied
administrator.wab to C: drive on XP computer and tried to import the file
from the address book but when I pull up addresses in Outlook, nothing is
recognized even though the address are in the *.wab folder

Try exporting from the wab to a CSV and then import that into Outlook
