I am currently using Microsoft Outlook 2002, and this is
my problem.

Every time I hit the send/receive button, a pop-up
occurs, which says,"ENTER NETWORK PASSOWRD" when i hit
the X button to close out, a new pop occurs, whih says "
OUTLOOK SEND/RECEIVE PROGRESS" this consistently occurs
everytime I hit the send/receive button.

How do we make it stop?

While the latter pop-up box is normal when your send/receive, try the
