Can you please provide me with more information regarding your issue? What happens when you try to right-click on an email message in Outlook 2003? Do you receive an error
message?
You should be able to right-click on a mail message, and the problem you are experiencing could be the result of a corrupt Outlook profile or .PST file. Please reply with more detail.
