I just installed Service Pack 2, and cleaned out some
unwanted programs. Now Office won't open. Get the
message:
Unable to start processing services. The file
C:\Documents and Settings, outlook.pst could not be found.
I have reinstalled Office XP and I still get the same
error.

Hope someone can help. Thanks so much.

Sounds like you deleted your PST in the process of cleaning up. To make
sure, search your HD for *.pst, enabling searching for hidden files and
folders. If you find one, point Outlook at it and see if it's your old PST.
If not, you'll need to create a new one. Do this in Control Panel's Mail
applet (Data File management).
