How can I correct this problem:
"503 This mail server requires authentication. Please
Check your mail client settings".

The mail client settings are correct. This happens when
I try to email anyone out of my organization.

The address in the account you're using and the domain of the ISP don't
match. If authentication to the ISP is required, you also probably need to
authenticate to the outgoing server as well. That's on the Advanced tab of
your account properties pages.
