I can't delete, send or receive emails in Outlook. I've talked to hardware
and software techs from DELL and they have no answers. Does anyone have any
suggestions?

What version of Outlook? What happens when you try? What type of account?
How do you connect? You have to supply at least some information. No one
here is psychic
