Outlook2000 how to choose which account to send from

I have a number of email addresses. is it possible, in Outlook 2000 to
choose which account I send a new email from? I have found how to change my
default which suggests the function exits

Assuming that Outlook 2000 is configured in Internet Mail Only mode, it
might be as easy as selecting File | Send Using. To determine what mode you
are in:

* Tools > Accounts = Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only mode
* Tools > Services = Outlook 2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode

ps - i'm assuming that word 2000 is not set as your e-mail editor.
