Outlook2002 - Attachment is starting minimied ?

Hi
Does anoybody know why Outlook is starting Word on my
computer minimized, when opening an .doc attachment.

Outlook is kept in the foreground, and must be manually
minimized to access word.

Any hint about how to correct this behaviour would be
appreciated.
