Outlook2002 form printing error

We've created a Outlook form using Outlook 2002 from a
Windows 2000 workstation. When I try to print this
document I get the following message:

"Could not load an object because it is not available on
this machine".

The error needs to be ignored 4 times to get it to print
(document has 4 tabs). Also, there are no problems with
this form using Outlook 2000.

Any ideas???
