outlook2002 not responding

C

Cnews-ms

My outlook IMO lately has been crashing about 5 times a day (not responding)
I ran scanpst and found no errors. The only add-in I have is PGP and I have
had that for over 1 year and it always worked. Ahhhh any clues or should
I dump this pain in the butttt and go with mozilla products.

regards

I see you're anything but up-to-date with applying patches ;-)

There is already a Servive Pack 3 + additional hotfixes available for
Outlook 2002. See if this fixes your problem.

Peter Van den Bulck

I have the same problems, installed the most recent
service packs and fixes, and I still have the problem that
Outlook hangs when receiving messages.

Does anyone have any other idea's on how to solve this ?
