Outlook2002 on XP

I have purchased outlook 2002 and am trying to get it to
work on XP and for some reason it does not validate my
logon credentials at the Exchange Server.

My colleagues who are running on 2000 do not seem to have
this problem.

Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated
