Outlook2003 Calendar does not sync everything....

Hi,

I'm seeing a very weird problem....

I have 3 users with brand new Nokia 9300 Communicator phones..
Their computers are WinXP SP2 + Office2003 SP2 with all updates from
Microsoftupdate.
(I even tried one machine without Office2003 SP1 to rule out bug in SP2)

The Exchange Server is a single 2003 Enterprise SP1 (will get SP2 as soon as
it has passed my tests...)

They use Nokia PcSuite software to sync Mail, Contacts and Calendar data to
Outlook.

Outlook runs in cached mode on their computers...

Now the Calendar data is synced to Outlook and it's visible in their
Calendar view...

so far... so good...

_But_... The data _never_ show up in the Group Schema that our receptionist
is using to check wether people are in the house or not....

But if she opens their personal calendar she can read the info without
problem...

Any Ideas??
