How can I make Outlook 2003 count the number of members in a distribution list?

Thanks,
Lance

P.S. We're on Exchange 2003.

I'm not sure what you're asking to do - please elaborate. And is this a
distribution list in an Outlook/PF contacts folder, or an AD distribution
group?

We are trying to count the number of members in a user-created distribution
list in the Contacts folder of Outlook 2003. The only way right now we know
how to do it is to manually count each line as we scroll through the list.
Sorry I wasn't clear and thanks!

Hi - I don't know of any easier way to do that, sorry.

If you are able to print to an Adobe pdf file, then open your list and print
it to an Adobe pdf file. You can then open the pdf file, do Edit Select All,
copy the selection, and paste it to an Excel worksheet. Some of the
names/addresses may take up 2 rows. Check the # of rows with addresses, and
adjust for the ones that are on 2 rows. There also may be a way to print
only the addresses, instead of both the name and address, to the pdf file, in
which case the problem of taking up 2 rows wouldn't happen.
