Outlook2003 does not work with ISA2005 Using POP3 and SMTP Protoc.

When I try to Connect to a POP3 server , I am not using exchange server. I
just try to access my ISP Email account, through ISA server 2005 the outlook
gives me an error "Sending' reported error(0x8000CCC) unable to find e-mail
server. Please verify the server information in your account properties"

That's because ISA server, out of the box, only allows programs that ship
with the operating system (like OE and telnet) to connect to the Internet.
You'll have to add Outlook to the programs that ISA server allows to
connect. (This happens periodically to us here at Microsoft, as well...)
