Whenever I try to close out of Outlook 2003, the Outlook
icon remains active in the taskbar. When I put my cursor
over the icon, it says that Outlook is not responding and
to close it out with task manager. Once I do that and re-
start Outlook, I get the message that it needs to start
in "safe mode". What could possibly cause Outlook to not
shut down properly? I have used the Office repair
utility, but to no avail. I have seen this problem
mentioned in a number of places, why does'nt microsoft
put out a fix to an obvious problem. I dont have any add
ins either.
