Hi Roy

If your mailbox is on an Exchange server, check with your administrator that
you're running in Unicode mode.

If you're using a PST, make sure it's a Unicode PST (see Outlook help for
full details).

Hope this helps!

Many thank for your help. I ‘m using Outlook 2003 of IMAP connector connect
to UNIX mail System. I already locate the problem at IMAP connector when
create an IMAP connection of the†pst†files default format is 97-2002
Outlook (not support Unicode.)
I cannot change to outlook 2003 format (support Unicode) when create an IMAP
connection. Anyone know that how to change from 97-2002 to 2003 outlook
format or any have the fix patch on IMAP Connection.

Please advise me.

Hi Roy

You've probably already seen http://support.microsoft.com/kb/830336 - it
looks like you're stuck with ANSI for IMAP unless you upgrade to Outlook 2007.

I searched for information on whether this might be a limitation of IMAP but
I couldn't find anything. It might be worth posting on one of the Exchange
forums to see if anyone there is using non-ACP characters (i.e. characters
that you need the Unicode character set for) in subject lines using IMAP.
