OUTLOOK2003/Speeling and Grammer Check

I upgraded from Office XP to 2003 and everything worked
out fine until I started sending emails. My spell check
keeps going to Spansish and I've changed it several of
times to English US but for some reason it recverts back!!
Any ideas out there?!
