I have been using Outlook97 for last 4 years on win98 and
win2kpro on FAT32 Partition. Now i have installed
outlook97 on Win2kpro/XP on NTFS partition but None of my
users able to run outlook from their own account. Only
administrator can able to run outlook97. Here I have to
tell you that I am using Ms Exchange 5.5 on back end.
Users are receiving the following error message.
"OUTLOOK.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to
close. Sorry for inconvenience" After this message a
windows appears asking for sending report or dont send,
what every you click outlook will shutdown automatically.
I have given users an administrative rights but doesnt
work. Any solution will be highly appreciated.
