I have been using Outlook 97 for two years on my
computer. It was working fine up until Feb. 10. Then just
locked up and wouldn't run again.
I completely reinstalled WindowsXP on my Gateway and
installed all updates. I loaded Office 97 fresh including
Outlook97. When I start Outlook97 I get an error
message "OUTLOOK.EXE has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and
Outlook won't load. Please Help!
