Outlook98 and exchange 2000

We have migrated from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange2000.
Whenever we use outlook98 to access the new server it just
hangs with an hour glass when logged into the clients
profile. If logging into the workstatino as administrator
outlook98 works fine. Any ideas? Any help would be
apprecaited.
