I am a Lotus Organizer user with Palm handheld phone. Recently I converted over to Blackberry which uses Outlook and Windows. The Palm software is a real PDA but Outlook is more of an email 'pusher'. Can anyone out there give me any pointers on using Oulook as a PDA, i.e. appointment alarms, calls, current tasks only, etc.
