Outlooke Rules Error

I

Ian

I recently re-installed Office after re-formatting my hard-drive, and set up
my Outlook rules the same way I've always had them set up. One rule I use an
auto-responder (reply to incoming emails using a user-defined template) no
longer works as it used to. Now, each time a new email is received I get an
error-message along the lines of "Unable to reply to this message", and the
rule is turned off. I've re-configured the rule several times, and even
re-saved the user-defined template, but no luck. No doubt the answer is
something simple, but I can't think what it may be.
Any ideas?

Which mail account type are you using?
Do you perhaps also have Business Contact Manager installed?

I'm using a pop3 account- I realise rules can't be run on http accounts.
And I don't have Business Contact Manager Installed.
This is driving me nuts!
