Outlookk 2003 does not save hyperlink clickstatus

It seems as if Outllok 2000 had this feature but 2003 SP2 does not. When a
user clicks on an hyperlink and then closes the messge the hyperlink will be
blue again (instead of pink) when the message is opened again.

Users have used this as a tool in the past for status of links that were
reviewed.
