outlookrule move-to-map and map deleted suggest change-the-rule

now if you make a rule to move a mail to a map, the rule follows the map if
it is relocated.
it does this as well if you throw the map.
would be nice if the system would give you a warning and option to change or
delete the rule. keeps the system clean.
