outlook's 6.0 toolbar

not exactly sure what happened... but ive lost the toolbar
on my Outlook. When i try to right click on the given
area, the toolbar/views bar comes up but when i click on
toolbar... nothing
also when i go View/Layout and under Basic... when toolbar
is checked... nothing happens... the check goes in but
isnt applied.... and i cannot proceed to the Customize
option under the Basic Field.....
Am i missing something here? it used to be here but a few
different people use the computer and i think something
has obviously gone wrong.
I have updated Outlook from 5.X to 6.00 hoping this would
take care of it ... but it hasnt...
Do i have to completely unistall Outlook and then Re-
install it???
