outlooks is sending e-mail that I did not write.

I have tried Virus scanners, etc. And they cannot find a program hidden
anywhere. I would love to fix this if I can find out how.

I keep getting e-mails from mailer-daemon saying they have been blocked. And
I know i did not send them. I have had 5 today already.

You have not been sending the mail but your address has been spoofed or is being used by an infected computer where your mail address has been saved. Ignore them and NEVER open any attachments that may come with them.

Very bad advice to just wipe and reload. The problem is not on his end - as I already stated, this is a common occurrence when your address is being spoofed/gathered from another infected computer. It has absolutely nothing to do with the OPs configuration.

Yeah, my idea about wiping was probably extreme. Probably the result of all
the head-sratching.

Milly, where had you "already stated" something in response?

Other than "block" or delete the "bounced bogus" e-mail, no.
I just got back from a few days off. So basically from what I am to
understand there is nothing I can do about it.
