outlooks opens very large

When I select outlook the program opens VERY large. Everything! All other
office programs open normal. I think I have tried everything to change page
to normal. Help!

Tried Outlook Icon on Desktop and right click \Properties\Run\Shortcut and select Normal Window with the small dropdown arrow and then Apply
