outlook's paste special selection in edit is greyed out

My outlook 's edit's paste special is greyed out previously it was able to
copy from excel and do a paste special. Now it cant wonder what is the cause
for this and how to resolved it

Paste Special is available only if WordMail is the editor and the message
format is not plain text.
