outlooksends one e-mail but recepient recives multiple msg's

hi

I'm facing a strange problem. When I send an e-mai from my
outlook it shows one copy in the sent items where as the
recepient recives multiple copies if the same e-mail.

Pl help

Often a symptom of a too-short server timeout or send/receive interval.
