OutlookXP securty warning

Hello folks, I recently installed Office XP sp3 on one of our users, now
every few minutes he is getting popup message in his outlookXP " A program
is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want
to allow this?" I looked for COM add-ins but there were none. Is there any
way to disable this warning?
