Hope you can give me some advice!
We have a set up where our team has the support of an admin person who
has edit rights to all our calendars. Is there a quick way for that
person to put an item in all our calendars without us having to read
and accept the item? For example, if at a meeting (where we are all
present) a date is decided for a meeting and the admin person is asked
to put the time & date in everyone's calendar. At the moment she
opens everyone's calendar one by one and enters the item – quite a
time consuming task. Is there a quick way to do this without all the
users having to be involved e.g by accepting an invitation?
