outlouk webaccess calendar differs from outlouk client

We have an user and her outlouk webaccess calendar differs from outlouk
client calendar. She has no personal folders as the default start-up folder.
Whjat could go wrong ?

In what way do they differ? Which one does she consider correct?

The strange thing about it is that outlouk had the correct data. You can see
the same appointments in the calendar of outlouk webaccess, but the timeframe
is incorrect. Example outlouk 8:00-17:00; outlouk webaccess 8:00-9:00.
