Outook will not auto send/receive

Brian

Outook 2000 on a Windows 98SE machine. User came back from vacation
and Outlook will no longer automatically send/receive email. I have
it set to check for new mail every 15 minutes, but the user still has
to manually click the send/receive button, and since he is the owner,
this has become a high priority issue!

Thanks,

This would be with what mail account type, what connection type and what
mail support mode?

So what changed? It worked before with this setting, right?
Did you set yourself to Work Offline?
