output file to CYMK PDF for commercial printing

I have Publisher 2003 SP1. I am trying to output a file to CYMK PDF for
commerrcial printing but I always get an error at the end "failed to print"
and no output file. I read this other posting that I have to install the
latest SP. I have installed SP1 though and I think this is the one tha fixes
a similar problem.

I do get an error message, "failed to print". I really have to work this
out, any suggestions please??

when I output to RGB everything is OK, but I need CYMK output.

you need a PostScript level 3 printer in order to do this.
