do you get an error message? If so, which? What version of Access/
Word? Does it work if you do it from a table? From a different
query? How about a bit more background...

I'm using Office Pro 2003, and I would like to create a macro that when you[email protected] said:do you get an error message? If so, which? What version of Access/
Word? Does it work if you do it from a table? From a different
query? How about a bit more background...
click a button it will automatically take the data from the select query and
put it in a Word document that is already set up for address labels. I tried
using the TransferText command, but that didn't work at all. Not sure if I
could possibly make a report that looks like labels and print them out that
way. Any suggestions would be great.
